Orders and Shipping

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options may arrive sooner. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can stay updated on its progress.

You’ll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Once your account is set up, you’ll have access to order history, faster checkout, and special offers.

To change your shipping address, log in to your ChefWave account and go to the “My Account” section. You can update your address there. If you have already placed an order and need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email] or [phone number]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our shipping carrier’s website to check the status of your order. Alternatively, you can log into your ChefWave account and view the tracking information in your order history.

For your security and privacy, ChefWave does not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We use encryption technology to ensure that your payment details are always protected.

Sales tax is applied based on the state or country in which you reside, as required by law. The tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you finalize your order.

We currently offer international shipping to many countries around the world. To see if we ship to your location, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you before you complete your purchase.

In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple products that are shipped from different warehouses or have different processing times, they may arrive in separate shipments. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this period for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or damaged. Please refer to our full Refund & Returns Policy for more details.

We apologize for any inconvenience! If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately at Contact Us page. Provide your order number and a description of the incorrect item, and we will arrange for a return and send you the correct product. We’ll also cover the return shipping costs for any mistakes on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 7 days of delivery. We’ll need a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging to process your claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs, if necessary. Please reach out to us at Contact Us page.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. 
Be sure to package the product securely to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update the address for you. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address, but we’ll do our best to assist you. In cases where a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Orders are processed quickly, so we are only able to make changes or cancellations within a short window after submission. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at contact@chefwave.shop. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or change it, but you can still return the item once it arrives, following our return policy.

Currently, ChefWave does not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. If a product is sold out, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. We will send you an email once the item becomes available again. Alternatively, you can check our website regularly for restock updates.
