Returns

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The amount refunded will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you may do so within the 30-day return window. To start an exchange, please contact us with your original order details and the item you wish to receive as a replacement. Depending on availability, we will send you the new product and arrange for the return of the original item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@chefwave.shop within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase
- Opened or used items that cannot be resold
How to Return Your Item
